Application
Silicone Self Fusing Tape
Arlon silicone tapes are produced from specially formulated silicone rubber. They bond irreversibly to provide
an insulative barrier that is resistant to moisture, oxygen, ozone and corona over a wide temperature range (-65°F up to +500°F).
Our products provide superior electrical insulation with a dielectric strength of 300 VPM minimum at 356°F/180°C.

Press Pad for FPCB
The ARLON UltraPad line of press pads are made of high performance silicone-fabric composites. The specially formulated silicone rubber compounds used in UltraPad press pads are designed for optimum thermal stability and compressibility in the lamination environment. This allows UltraPad press pads to deliver consistent performance from the first cycle to the last. UltraPad press pads eliminate the need for single-use, throwaway pressure distribution vehicles, allowing circuit manufacturers to lower waste and cost.
